DISCOUNTS • For a stay of 4 weeks or longer there will be a 10% Discount. No Other Discounts Apply DEPOSITS • Deposits are Required to Guarantee Reservations. • Summer Season: $300.00 per week • Winter Season: $500.00 per week CANCELLATIONS • Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $75.00 service fee. |

| "No Risk Vacation" - The beaches of Sanibel Arms West and Sanibel Island are clean and open for business. Our management team and leadership regularly monitor weather and local news for anything that may cause our beaches to be closed.
If the beaches of Sanibel Island, Florida experience any official closures related to storms, emergencies or other natural disasters, you may elect to reschedule your vacation to arrive within 12 months (of your original arrival date) with no penalty. This NO RISK DEPOSIT policy allows you flexibility up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. |
